<isc:description><![CDATA[ A few years back good ole Whirlpool Corp bought Maytag and all of its other brands. To pay for this huge expense, whirlpool marked up the Maytag Line of Refrigerator Water Filters by approx. $5-$8 dollars each. That jump was so huge that it probably has now paid off their buyout of Maytag. Most recently whirlpool has raised the cost (as much as $80 each) for the Jenn-Air drop-in elements which are used for the downdraft cooktops. This is totally unacceptable for American Consumers! Whirlpool is taking advantage of us in a Big Way. Two years or so ago, whirlpool went from 1 year parts warranty to 90 day parts warranty. That sure says how much they back their products. I have come to believe that whirlpool is a money hungry company that does not care about the American Public! ]]></isc:description>
